The materials handling AGV based on cooperative dispatching system makes the materials handling intelligently and automatically. It also realizes 24-hour handing, improves the handling efficient according several innovations：
1. Multi cycled high-order Interpolation Path correction algorithm OMH exploited can realize best control in path correction and improve the efficiency and stability of materials handling
2. Based on expert system and genetic algorithm, OMH exploited the AGV collaborative control dispatching management system, improve the efficiency and applicability of the system.
3. The inherent regulation movement balance system, enhance the stability in the process of movement and improve the navigation precision.
