For heavy overhead power & free conveyor, the free rail is made of a double steel I beam. The load-trolley wheels run on top of this I beam unit. The inside edges of the I beam unit is for the trolley guide wheels. And power chain is forged chain. Because of its unique simple structure this conveyor has a high carrying capacity. It is compact, reliable, easy to manufacture and install, operates smoothly and easy to use.
